Train where and when you want

I have utilised online coaching since 2010 supplementing my clients training weeks with high value training sessions that they conduct on their own. The usual case being that they would do one PT with myself a week and the other two sessions were designed by myself for the client to perform on their own.

I have evolved this service immensely over the years and have now created a monthly rolling coaching membership that entails a fully bespoke program. The programme is catered to goals and needs which have been fully established post consultation. All the session plans are provided via my training software, with a user friendly app you can use from your phone or PC. The number of session plans provided per week is based on the individual, each session will have a prescribed intensity, volume and coaching videos for each exercise. My system enables a top accountability tool as each session is logged and graphed onto your personal file so you and I can check your calendar and see all the training sessions logged each week, each month. Every time you complete a session that notifies myself on my main dashboard which I check daily at regular intervals.

Each client will have a training block planned in advanced from anything between 4 to 12 weeks. Everyone progresses in different ways, so training progression is personally monitored and enhanced as an ongoing process. I will conduct check-ins via WhatsApp, email and we always have the opportunity of jumping on Zoom to discuss in a greater detail. I will provide technique feedback for any exercises you may wish and will sometimes ask you to film the last set of a particular exercise to ensure that strong technique holds up.
