My mission

 

My mission is to provide the coaching, strategy and support to greatly enhance the essential attributes of one’s sport. Everything is driven for high performance. Whatever that may be, to achieve their fastest time in a 5k running race, to claim their position in the 1st rugby team, or become the best Thai boxer they can be for their next upcoming bout.  

The sport comes first, all training is to boost and complement existing sport training and events.

The standard is to always to acknowledge each individual case, even in a group and team setting. To discover their personal specificities, to make their strengths stronger, to bring the lacking up to the mark.

My training and methods all come from a heightened sports performance premise but the many health and well being benefits are not exclusive to the sporting athlete, It’s open to all. I have clients with no sporting notions whatsoever yet they seek an holistic approach and thoroughly enjoy my training style and results.
