A Complete Coaching System

My personal training service is more than a single hour in the gym. It’s a fully supported 1:1 coaching system designed to guide you every week toward your goals.

You’ll have at least one in-person session per week, supported by a structured, personalised training programme for the days you train on your own. Every part of that programme is built, updated, and analysed by me to make sure you’re progressing consistently and safely.

Your training isn’t limited to the gym.
Your plan can include any environment that fits your goals and preferences — the gym, home, a park, the running track, or a mix of all of them. What matters is that the training suits your lifestyle and moves you toward the results you want.

Service Checklist

  • One, two or three in person 1:1 coaching session every week (depending which option is booked)

  • Weekly updates and adjustments to your programme based on progress
