Methodology

 

What training methods and exercise prescription will I use with you? What training environments will the programme utilise? Will you be at the gym, at home, the park, the swimming pool? On the road on the bike perhaps?....

What kit will you need to train? Will it just be bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells?....

 

What activity, sport or other will need to be considered in the programming or indeed need programming too? Walking, Running, swimming, yoga, your chosen sport?....

 

The answers for all these questions is “I don’t know ha”. More than likely it will be a combination of a few, but the specific answers is yet to be determined. All will be clear, or at least a big chunk of the landscape will be post consultation. There is a lot to take into account such as training experience, current health status (any injuries, medical considerations to be aware of?), life style, training preferences etc.
